Workshop submissions - format and requirements

Unless specified otherwise in the call, paper submissions should be limited to a maximum of 12 pages in Springer LNCS format.  They will be peer reviewed on the basis of technical quality, relevance to the workshop topics, originality, significance, and clarity. The Springer LNCS format and author guidelines can be found at:

Accepted workshop papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer (LNCS Series). The corresponding-authors will be notified at all time, for the submission, notification, and confirmation on the attendance. Submitting a paper to the conference, special session or workshops means that, if the paper is accepted, at least one author should attend the conference to present the paper and should then register to the conference with a regular fee.

Each paper will be reviewed by program committee members or external expert reviewers.

Original papers exploring new directions will receive especially careful and supportive reviews.

Papers that have already been accepted or are currently under review at other conferences or journals will not be considered for publication at WIC 2014.
